Chaitanya’s Kerala Branch is now located in Palachuvad, Kakkanad. We are admitting patients for Psycho Social Rehabilitation including those who are suffering from various psychiatric disorders along with Substance induced Psychosis, ADS with psychosis. As we can’t accommodate patients those who want acute care for de-addiction.

 

An Introduction to Chaitanya Psycho Social Rehabilitation Centre
We provides Comfortable, Residential Rehabilitation Facilities for those suffering from chronic Mental illness. Chaitanya started in Pune in the year 1999 to offer comprehensive treatment and community based Psychosocial Rehabilitation for those suffering from chronic mental disorders. Today, Chaitanya provides Residential Care facilities for about 500 inpatients through three of its facilities in Pune and one each in Goa and Kerala. Chaitanya has a staff team of more than 250 that includes, Trained Mental Health Professionals like Psychiatric Social Workers, Psychiatrists, and trained Psychiatric Nurses.

  • Group therapy
  • Recreation therapy
  • Indoor games & Group Games
  • Assigned Responsibilities for inmates on weekly basis
  • Regular psychiatric followups & medical checkups for inmates
Chaitanya’s Kerala Branch is functioning as a Half-way home where the patients those who are discharged after acute management in hospital settings and/or under psychiatric treatment can be admitted for psycho social rehabilitation. As it is a rehabilitation setup of 40 beds with 4 psychiatric social workers, individual care and close observation can be provided. We are having followup counselling services on monthly basis to the discharged patients at free of cost with an intention to provide them a supporting system.
Treatment Cost
Admission fees: 2000/- (non-refundable)
Monthly fee: 15,000/- (includes food, accommodation, counseling, and other psychological therapies).
Additional exp: (Medicines, blood tests, toiletries, anything buying from outside in families request, washing charges if he/she isn’t do self-washing)

1. Copy of address and photo ID of the patient and their guardian
2. 3 passport photos of patient
