St. Gregorios Medical Mission Hospital
Started in 1975, St. Gregorios is a modern multi-specialty hospital situated in beautiful Parumal Village, of Pathanamthitta District in Kerala. This area is surrounded by tributaries of the Pampa River and is the perfect location for drug addiction treatment. Over four thousand patients have undergone de-addiction treatment for drug or alcohol addiction in St. Gregorios’ modern mental health department. Their centre offers a variety of services including psychotherapy, group therapy, recreation therapy, physiotherapy, family counseling and guidance.
In 2009, St. Gregorios held a De-Addiction Awareness Seminar. They recorded some of the material and uploaded the videos so that everyone could benefit from them. This is a great resource for the De-Addiction Community.
