The staff at the center is very rude and mean. There had even been a case of a nurse/pharmacist physically beating a patient for not following instructions, the management responded saying that the person in question has been disciplined, what discipline god knows we did not see any change in behavior. The nursing staff also gave me additional medication not prescribed by the doctor for me to sleep which when I now look at adversely harmed me as I am having sleep disorders. The councilors behave as though they own the place and treat you real bad. They want you to beg them for little things like being given the snacks that your family has bought and sent, rationing that to a packet a week- such childish mean things, basically want to say "tumm kutch nahi hoo". When I got discharged that day they gave me an entire packet telling me that they had misplaced it.They say you cannot talk to your family for the first 10 days after getting admitted. In my case it took close to a month before I could speak with them. Also when my family member came to see me at the end of the first month they told me they tried to speak to me however each time the councilor would make up some excuse and not pass on the phone. The one-one sessions of the councilor are very rare, you have to be lucky to be assigned a counselor who does it, they sometimes just shoo you off saying "Aabhi tang mat karo, dimag kharab ho raha hai" mera man to karta tha ki boloo "agar dimag kharab ho raha hai to khud admit ho jaoo". They rule on the fear that based on their feedback my family will discharge me playing on the blind trust my family placed in them....
I visited this centre for my relative's treatment. I was amazed by the facility that they provide to their psychiatric patients in terms of caretakers, nursing staff, psychiatrists and psychologists.I recommend this centre as one of the best rehabilitation centres in Delhi NCR.
I have visited many rehabilitation centres for OPD but I must say that jagruti provides best service to it's clients and that too in affordable prices.
I visited this place for my relative, he was suffering from substance addiction, team of doctors are excellent and they explained us all the process, my relative is much better now.I'll surely recommend this place.
We admitted my brother for alcohol abuse. He wasn’t very very bad but we still wanted him to quit it completely. We trusted Jagruti for that because initially they were brilliant, shiwed my parents around the whole facility etc etc, Said patients come here and do activities like painting, working out, etc etc , all sorts of fancy things. While my brother was there, his feet started swelling and chronic health issues happened to him because they gave him heavy medication injections to out to sleep like they do to kettles. Without any full body checkup wether his body is even fit to take such injections. So disgusting, and heartbreaking. Never trust these people.
Very poor rehab in Delhi ncr. All staff are such a disgusting people. My experience in jagruti rehab was very bad. It's the darkest part of my life. I suggest everyone pls don't go there.

This is very clean centre for Rehabilitation and also their staff is very humble and polite
I spent nearly 45 days in the rehab having been admitted for substance use and aggressive behaviour. Well lets agree that a rehab is not the ideal place to be in. Nevertheless, I must admit that the place is well staffed and equipped (air conditioned rooms with TV, laundry facility, good food). They have a daily recommended routine, well sparsed with breaks and nap times. The regime is sometimes imposed in a dictatorial fashion which is typical of such places and perhaps required for the betterment of individuals who have been off-track. Needless to say, the place, besides substance, also allows you to detox from all kinds of electronic communication except for the newspapers which are served religiously everyday over yoga sessions. I must say that the professional staff (doctors/therapists) are very competent and do daily follow ups while the support staff takes care of medication and monitoring the vitals. As I said, I do not wish for anybody to be there (or any rehab for that matter) but for those who need help, i would recommend it.PS: This was my first admission to a rehab and hopefully also my last.
What I thought, got far beyond for my brother's mental health. He has improved & a changed person. I would like to thank Dr. Gauri to take care of my brother Puneet in his hard times of schizophrenia. She is been like saviour highly energetic & so caring for him. I spent three months at Jagruti Rehabilitation Centre in Gurgaon for the treatment of depression and anxiety. I had been struggling with these issues for over two years. I am currently feeling great and have resumed my career, which I was previously forced to quit.In the beginning, I doubted my decision to seek treatment, took time to adjust and felt very lonely, often experiencing panic attacks. However, the counselors and doctors provided tremendous support, and gradually, I began to feel better. It took about two weeks to get rid of my unwanted thoughts. After a few days of treatment, I started making friends at Jagruti, and my confidence level increased significantly. The group sessions played a crucial role in helping me overcome my fear of being in social situations.With regular medication and counseling, I have reclaimed my life. I am deeply grateful to all my doctors and the counseling team. The support from the nurses and caregivers was also commendable. Special thanks to Amar sir, Anant sir, and Gauri ma'am for their exceptional care and guidance. You can trust Jagruti, it's a home away from home.
