My journey to where I am today where I motivate addicts and their families came about as I have being a co-dependent since my childhood. I embarked on my spiritual journey at 14 when I realized I had to find peace within myself as I surely didn’t find that at home. My process to emotional freedom was through DANCE and becoming a professional ballerina. I put all my energies and thoughts towards this discipline practicing, teaching, learning and unlearning every single day. It was that time and space that no one could take away, and I truly did find my peace within which helped me TAKE on anything and EVERYTHING.

Slowly I kept adding different wellness aspects to my skill set – Yoga, meditation, sound healing, bodywork, movement which is still an ongoing process.  With this experience I wanted to share and help addicts and their families to find their own emotional expression and find holistic solutions to achieve peace, balance and most importantly finding joy in everyday things in LIFE. I hope in some way, no matter how small or big, I positively impact the way a client feels and thinks about themselves.

I believe Wellness is a journey that you embark on one day at a time, and so is recovery. I am open to travel to different cities depending on the case.
