Hiral Foundation

Hiral Foundation is a therapeutic and practice centre in Virar-Vasai. We offer a supportive learning space for individuals looking for help with stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, trauma, or addiction. In addition to core daily practices of mindfulness, meditation, and yoga, our program offers one-on-one counselling and group workshops based on a wide range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention, Dialectical Behavior Therapy,  Therapy, Conflict Resolution Therapy, Mindful Self-Compassion Therapy, and more.
