He is an affiliate counselor to Workplace Options – an Employee Assistance Provider to Corporates. He is also a guest faculty to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Staff College, Chennai.

He has done his M.Phil in Psycho-oncology specializing in Tobacco Cessation from Cancer Institute (WIA), Adyar, Chennai. He got his post graduation in Counselling Psychology from Madras School of Social Work, Egmore, Chennai. He has cleared Tamil Nadu State Eligibility Test (TNSET) in Psychology.
